If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
